Warner's first cereal.

With Jordan we waited until she was 5.5 mos old before starting her on solids. She showed all the signs (sitting up on her own, reaching for food, opening mouth wide, etc.) While Warner isn't quite sitting up on his own, he trembles with excitment while in your lap watching you eat. He reaches (we call him "Grabby") for everything and has his mouth wide open! So Saturday we started him on some organic brown rice and he got a good bit of it down. Today (Sunday) we gave him about a 30 minute break after nursing and he chowed about 2 tablespoons down. He's already off to great eating!

Playdate Finally!

So we started a playgroup over the summer that met maybe 3 times before I started working in mid-August. Well we finally managed to get together last week thanks to Mandy (mom to Riley and Luke) who hosted. Jordan, Warner and I, Katie and her son Clay as well as Crystal and one of her daughters, Kaitlyn, all managed to brave the rainy day and a good time was had by all!
First pic is Clay and Warner, Jordan and Me, Kaitlyn and Mandy and Luke.

Pooping Place?

So Jordan usually slinks off to a corner somewhere when she needs her "privacy" but this "new" place was really funny so I had to take a picture! They are a little blurry but she was so proud saying "I do the poo poo under the couch!"

Christmas Card Pics!

Well I got the kiddies all dressed up in their Christmas outfits for Christmas cards. Jordan was such a great little model holding Warner and "posing" for the camera. She did a terrific job though. We go tomorrow for the official studio shots for their memory books. I'll pick one of these and print off holiday cards from Walgreens. Gotta love digital! Merry Christmas!

Warner and Johnny T!

These two fellas are peas in a pod! We love us some Johnny T!

Bath time = Good time!

Warner is absolutely fascinated with Jordan. He watches her every move and Jordan is such a great big sister. Daddy and I did bath time with both of them and cracked up at how much fun they had together.

Jumping in the leaves!

Jordan loves being outside and these cold weather months have been tough! We recently had a fairly warm day (53 degrees) so Jordan and I bundled up while Warner was napping and headed out to the back yard. I raked the leaves, she asked to sit in them, I said yes and we chased Lois around. Good times! I LOVE being at home with my precious babies!

Robyn visits!

As if Thanksgiving wasn't fun enough my dear friend Robyn flew in from Charlotte. We had a blast just relaxing and then we went to see the lights at the Opryland Hotel. Thanks RaRa!

Thanksgiving!

We had a terrific holiday and hope you did too! Our family and Johnny T drove to Spring Hill, about 45 minutes south, to share Thanksgiving with our good friends Sara & Michael Sprinkle. It was a full house with both their parents there. We ate and laughed, played Wii and Jordan held court with the fellas and Warner held court with the ladies. Thanks Sprinkles!

Summertime!

Ok. So it's rainy and cold here but I wanted to post the wonderful pictures our dear friend Connie took during her visit here in August. Connie is so talented!
